Nature of Our Services
We provide consultancy and guidance for student visas, visitor visas, job seeker visas, dependent visas, and related immigration services, along with test preparation coaching for PTE, IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, and Duolingo. Our role is limited to providing counseling, document assistance, and application support. We do not guarantee visa approval, as the final decision rests solely with the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority of the destination country.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation for their visa or admission application. Any false information, forged documents, or misrepresentation provided by the client is solely the client's responsibility, and we shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such actions, including visa rejection, legal action, or travel bans.

Fees and Refunds
Consultation and service fees are payable as per the agreed terms at the time of engagement. Fees paid for counseling, documentation, or coaching services are generally non-refundable once services have commenced, except as specifically agreed in writing. Visa application fees, embassy fees, and third-party charges are separate from our service fees and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability
We act as facilitators and advisors only. We are not liable for visa rejections, delays caused by embassies or government authorities, changes in immigration policies, or any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from decisions made by third-party institutions, airlines, or authorities. Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the service fees paid by the client.

Confidentiality
We treat all client information and documents with strict confidentiality and use them solely for the purpose of processing your visa, admission, or coaching services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of our organization and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
